The Wiltshire Compact has been created, and is monitored, by The Compact Board.

Members of the Board are drawn from each of the principle public sector organisations in Wiltshire, and from representatives nominated by the Voluntary Sector Assembly, together with those voluntary and community sector organisations or services that provide community-wide support and co-ordination. The seats are balanced between the two sectors.
